Running on Friday 28th to Sunday 30th April, with some day-before dressage on Thursday 27th. The site is open to competitors and associates 24/7 from Wednesday 26 April.
Spectator entrance fee: £8 per car (includes all occupants). Open to members of the public from 8 am each day of the competition.

the programme.
Qualifiers and Special Classes: Au25: This class will incorporate a Hartpury College Young Rider Trial and be part of an Advanced section. OIu21: This class will
incorporate a Junior Trial. Combined Training (CT): This class is open to all Grade I and Grade II horses registered with British Eventing, and to all Medium and Advanced Dressage horses registered
with British Dressage.
Starting Fee: On collection of your number (PLEASE remember the VACCINATION Certificate, which must be presented): £20 for Advanced £15 for Intermediate and Open Intermediate £10
for other classes (includes free programme for owner).
Stabling: Permanent and temporary on site at £20 per night. (116 permanent plus c.150 temporary stables)
Stabling will be allocated on arrival, by the Stable Manager. If a stable is already occupied, access will not be available until 5 pm. Stables occupied for a single night MUST be vacated
by 4 pm the following day. Day Stabling is available at £10 per stable per day. And of course all stables need to be mucked out before you leave!
Bedding is NOT included in your stabling charge.
Shavings ONLY (at £6/bale) will be on sale at the arena at all times. If you think your horse may have problems (especially during the night!) please warn the Stable Manager. (now

Horse Walks will be used to route horses from the Horsebox Park to the Dressage and Show Jump arenas.
You may find it helpful to bring a bicycle! (But not a motorcycle or ATV, please).
Withdrawals:
By 1800h on Monday 24 April for all classes 01395 239 088 fax: 01395 239 071 for a hope of refund (see below). No withdrawals accepted by e-mail after this time. PLEASE withdraw as soon
as you know you are unable to compete All withdrawals to be followed by written confirmation, please.

Refund Policy:
For withdrawals made: On or before Ballot Date, 100% refund will be given. After Ballot Date and up to and including Closing Date, 50% refund will be given for all withdrawals. After Closing Date, refunds
will only be given for withdrawals replaced from a Wait List.

Car Passes:
If a rider or owner or groom does NOT have a pass (event or Member's) and brings a car, they will be charged the full entrance fee. No passes to be left at the gate, please.
Catering: The usual full, high quality public catering service and licensed bar will be provided in a permanent building on site, the Raleigh Barn: hot and cold meals, snacks and
drinks. Food from 0730 to 2200 Bar from 1100 to 2300. In addition there will be an evening Carvery on Friday and Saturday from 1930 - bookable on 01395 567744.
www.krtbarservices.co.uk Groceries will also be on sale in the Raleigh Barn during opening hours.
Caravan & Camping: Caravans may be parked on site. Permanent showers and toilets are available on site. All-terrain vehicles / motorcycles will NOT be permitted
with the exception of those used by authorised officials.
